Sr. Program Associate I
Sandra Gomez is a senior program associate I at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She has experience working in homelessness in San Diego, serving youth and transitional-aged mothers facing homelessness, high housing costs, systemic violence, and lack of resources. She also has experience working with transitional-aged survivors of violence and human trafficking and has been trained as a domestic violence advocate. She brings her advocacy experience to AHP and the CCE program, which are working to expand affordable and supportive housing models throughout the state of California. She holds two associate degrees from Grossmont College in social and behavioral sciences and psychology. She also holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from San Francisco State University.
