Kelly Joseph, M.S.

Career Services Director
Kelly E. Joseph, M.S., is the career services director for the Massachusetts Access to Recovery (ATR) program at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Ms. Joseph oversees all of ATR’s career services, manages quality and operational improvements, leads strategic expansion of ATR’s partnership network of providers, and builds capacity and collaboration between substance use recovery and workforce development systems. Ms. Joseph previously worked in local public health, managing teams, contracts, and grants for a variety of population health projects involving substance use prevention and recovery, healthy aging, food security, and health equity. Ms. Joseph has led cross-municipal, multi-sector coalitions and has experience with the public health approach and Strategic Prevention Framework—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating policy, systems, and environmental change strategies. She is skilled in program design, project management, partnership development, training, facilitation, and grant writing. Ms. Joseph holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Northeastern University.
