Kait Heritage, M.A., PMP, is the legal program manager at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) for AHP’s Administrative Services Entity. She is a highly motivated servant leader with an extensive background in nonprofit quality and project management. Her prior work experience includes quality management for a community behavioral health provider in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. She was also employed as a senior project manager for the behavioral health managed care organization serving Philadelphia county. 
 

She graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in psychology and obtained an M.A. in professional clinical counseling from La Salle University Philadelphia. Most recently, she achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
