Senior Program Manager II

Chantal Laperle, M.A., CPHQ, PCMH CCE, CTL, is a senior program manager II at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She has extensive leadership and coaching experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of health initiatives aimed at improving the care of our country’s most vulnerable populations. She has held many positions in both public and private sectors utilizing her clinical and operational experience to effect change. She has contributed to and developed a multitude of quality initiatives from the ground up, requiring her to be “hands-on.” Ms. Laperle is experienced in accreditation and recognition programs from The Joint Commission (TJC), the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). She is skilled in the development of workflows and the use of tools to monitor and succeed within a process, as well as coaching teams through the development, implementation, and monitoring of a project.

Ms. Laperle has more than 25 years of experience in project management and oversight, having managed state and federal contracts from grant proposal initiation through award, implementation, reporting, and close out. She is trained in building, rebuilding, and leading strong teams. 
Ms. Laperle is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and certified in Health Care Risk Management through the University of Florida. She is also certified in Advanced Facilitation and the 7 Tools of Quality Control through GOAL/QPC, has been an Instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) and is a Certified Content Expert (CCE) through NCQA. Ms. Laperle is from a family who has experience and understanding of the impact mental health and substance use issues can have. She holds an M.A. in counseling psychology from Lesley University.
