Ms. Madrio is the human resource supervisor at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She has 10 years of experience in human resources with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and management, employee relations and engagement, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Within the field of human resources, she has worked with a variety of organizations, including a start-up company, family-owned businesses, nonprofits, and small businesses, and large global companies. Prior to joining AHP, she was a senior human resource assistant at Amazon, where she was one of her location's champions for employee engagement, and DEI initiatives and programs. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of San Carlos, Cebu, Philippines.
