For Third Year Running, AHP Is Re-Certified as a Great Workplace by Great Place to Work®

For the third year in a row AHP was re-certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®, for 2018-2019. AHP earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. Ratings for the company improved across the board, with the highest and most significant returns relating to commitment, flexibility and relationships: 97% of respondents say staff are willing to give extra to get the job done; 97% say they can take time off from work when necessary; and 95% say people care about each other at AHP. Read a summary of the ratings

“Although the last year has held challenges for AHP as a company, we have maintained our commitment to nurturing and supporting our staff and used the Great Place to Work survey results to address the areas needing improvement,” said President and CEO Neal Shifman. “I think we are seeing improvements in this year’s ratings rates because we’ve involved our staff in recognizing strengths and addressing weaknesses so that everyone feels even more supported to perform and grow in their positions.” he continued.

“According to our study, 84 percent of AHP employees say it is a great workplace,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Great Place to Work Certification & List Production. AHP employees completed 78 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 3.86.
