AHP today announced major contract awards in 2014 across all three divisions of Technical Assistance and Training, Research and Evaluation, and Healthcare Solutions. With these additions, AHP increased projected revenues by 20% across a wide range of federal and state agencies. AHP won several projects with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)—many continuing—and expanded beyond traditional contracts by adding significant work with the Office on Women’s Health, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Department of Labor. In addition, the consulting firm won several highly competitive contracts in multiple states, including Massachusetts, and added or expanded work with commercial clients in health care reform and integrated care delivery programs.
“We expected strong growth in 2014, and we have seen it play out,” said Neal Shifman, AHP President and CEO. “Recognizing the impact of federal budget management issues on the agencies we work with, we were prepared to address RFPs across a wide range of opportunities, drawing on our technical and subject matter expertise and working with our partners to respond quickly and effectively.”
Among others, AHP was awarded the following contracts in 2014:
