Valeria Reyes, M.S.W., is a senior program associate for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), and is currently working on the California Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) project. She has more than a decade of experience in community mental health settings, working to expand supports for individuals experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and chronic homelessness.
Prior to joining AHP, Ms. Reyes worked at the L.A. County Department of Mental Health where she provided clinical care and led efforts to increase access to person-centered care for culturally diverse and historically underserved populations. She received her Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Northridge.
