Noah Shifman, M.B.A., is Chief Innovation Officer at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Mr. Shifman brings more than a decade of experience in the healthcare consulting field to the strategic direction and leadership of AHP’s innovation division and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) publications and initiatives. Mr. Shifman has overseen innovation during a period of growth for AHP, streamlining processes and expanding knowledge management (KM) efforts to better leverage the capabilities of AHP’s subject matter experts in the Center for Technical Assistance, the Center for Research & Evaluation, and Healthcare Solutions. Previously, he assisted with several federally funded projects as part of AHP’s Center for Technical Assistance and provided support, including site development, content management, applications development, training and technical assistance (T/TA), Section 508-compliance assistance, and research and evaluation, to a variety of projects. He continues to provide operations and financial planning support for proposals, procurement, and business development. Mr. Shifman holds an M.B.A from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
