Nic Knepp, M.P.H., PMP, is the senior operations manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Their experience has taken them from working directly with youth in classrooms to analyzing qualitative data around the discussion of sexual orientation and gender identity in the clinical setting. They managed data analyses of youth prevention programming to help guide tool development to better align prevention funding in Pennsylvania and created curriculum for an e-learning course for state-level employees focused on dismantling systemic racism. Using their experience and education to elevate the voices of underserved, marginalized communities, they work to bring positive social change through increased behavioral prevention efforts.

With more than 5 years’ experience in managing complex projects, and as vice president of a Philadelphia-based foundation awarding seed funding to local nonprofits, Nic looks forward to showcasing their ability to apply, adapt, and grow their skills and expand their toolbox to help provide equitable access to vital behavioral health services for communities in need. They hold an M.P.H. from Drexel University.
