Natalie Castro, M.S.S.W., is a senior program associate I at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Ms. Castro has experience in local and global projects focusing on design, planning, and implementation monitoring with both projects/programs and staff. Her experience encompasses growth, efficiency, and social capital with diverse population and multidisciplinary teams. With an emphasis on human-centered and human-designed work, Ms. Castro has set her attention to historically marginalized communities to ensure equity within various fields. She aspires to fill non-traditional roles to broaden the scope of social work to provide accessible and equitable services. Before AHP, Ms. Castro was a research assistant with Columbia University where she evaluated quantitative and qualitative data, monitored and evaluated key performance indicators and offered analysis for the yearly report.

Ms. Castro is bilingual, multicultural, adaptable, and highly organized. She received her Master of Science degree in Social Work (M.S.S.W.) from Columbia University with a focus in Social Enterprise & Administration
