Marques Davis, B.S., is a program associate II at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), where he supports the California Behavioral Health Workforce Development (BHWD) team. He is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in development and supportive services within the public health & HIV/AIDS prevention field, focusing on the youth population (ages 12–29). Mr. Davis’s work has spanned many roles, including management of outreach services, facilitation of training, and development of public programs. He also has experience supporting organizations with grant writing and working productively within a wide variety of age demographics, as well as LGBTQ+, low-income, and underserved communities. Mr. Davis received his B.S. in social work and project management from Norfolk State University.
