He has a versatile career record as an instructional designer and corporate trainer in world-class corporate environments, most recently with Allstate Insurance and Walgreens. He has a proven track record for results-oriented formation and delivery of comprehensive instructional initiatives, workforce planning, talent engagement efforts, and continuous improvement strategies.
In his 25+ years of professional experience, he has created and developed leadership and talent development programs, and been a strategic business partner on operating training initiatives. He is adept at developing execution plans and leading company-wide transition projects. He is experienced in offering proactive guidance and supporting individuals with effective coaching techniques to ensure success, improve productivity, and achieve targeted goals. Mr. Wolfe is certified through the Association for Talent Development in instructional design and holds a B.S. in human and family resources from Northern Illinois University.
