Marisa Corriea-Hernandez , B.S.

Program Associate
Marisa Corriea-Hernandez is a program associate for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) supporting the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program (BHBH). She has experience in the nonprofit sector at the intersection of housing and community health. Prior to joining AHP, she was the learning and member engagement coordinator at the Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits (SVCN) where she planned and coordinated a variety of learning opportunities for the nonprofit sector.

Prior to her role at SVCN, Ms. Corriea-Hernandez was a community health fellow focused on housing at the Public Health Institute (PHI). She enhanced the capacity of community-based partners through the PHI strategic fellow partnership with The Health Trust by working with The Health Trust’s external partners. During this fellowship, she partnered with Destination: Home's Housing Ready Communities Initiative and the City of San Jose Housing Department. Ms. Corriea-Hernandez holds a B.S. in human biology from UC Santa Cruz.
