Kweilin Waller is a Senior Program Manager II/Workforce Development Specialist at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), bringing more than 19 years of experience working in the public sector of community and human services programs. Ms. Waller has a proven track record of implementing community revitalization projects, federal workforce development programs, and collaborating with partners to drive economic mobility and opportunity in communities for long-term financial success.
 
Ms. Waller's expertise lies in the public workforce system, federal grants, data analytics, equity, job quality, and working with individuals who have barriers to education and work. She earned her B.A. in political science from Hampton University and her Master of Public Administration degree from Arizona State University. In addition, Ms. Waller received her Professional Coach Certification from Duquesne University and specializes in coaching entrepreneurs and transitioning professionals and executives to help unleash their potential and become successful, confident leaders.
 
With a strong passion for community development and a commitment to achieving equitable outcomes, Ms. Waller has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and communities to reach their full potential.
