Kerri Smith is the real estate acquisition and development manager at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP), where she will be providing technical assistance to individual agencies and counties for the California Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Project (BHCIP). Ms. Smith has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industries and has extensive experience in real estate development, acquisitions, entitlements, project management, and strategic planning. She has been involved in several high-profile construction projects, including the Denver International Airport and several large multifamily developments in Colorado. She has also worked for two different international restaurant chains while they were expanding. Ms. Smith held her real estate broker's license in Colorado. She received her B.S. in business management from Western Governors University.
