Senior Operations Manager II

Kaitlin Cox, M.P.H., is a senior operations manager II for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) and is currently serving as the Operations Manager for California’s Behavioral Health Workforce Development (BHWD) project. Ms. Cox has more than 15 years of experience working in risk management, physical security, and policy and procedure in the private sector. Prior to working for AHP, Ms. Cox was a risk management and asset protection manager, administering training programs, developing policies, creating data collection platforms, and leading workplace investigations. She is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI). Her expertise is in operations, creating large-scale awareness and training programs, risk management, Emergency Operating Centers, legal compliance standards, program management, fraud mitigation, and workplace investigations. Ms. Cox has an M.P.H. from City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy.
