Jim Klepper, J.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is director of Human Resources for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). He is a collaborative and creative professional with outstanding leadership, communications, and negotiation skills and a proven ability to develop partnerships with all levels of the organization. He has vast experience providing support and counsel to management to achieve overall business and organizational objectives and improve talent-related programs and policies. Mr. Klepper drove the successful process to get the organization certified as a Great Place to Work® six years in a row (2016–2022), enhancing AHP’s brand in the marketplace.
 

Before joining AHP, Mr. Klepper served as vice president of human resources for WasteZero; director of HR for Fuld & Company, an international research and consulting firm with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Philippines; HR director for Tyco International; and in leadership roles with several other international companies. He is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and has a Certificate in Professional Human Resources Management. He holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history from University of Pennsylvania.
