ATR Care Coordinator/Case Manager
James Harrison is the new ATR care coordinator/case manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). His focus with AHP will be managing a new Massachusetts Access to Recovery (ATR) program aimed at engaging Black and Latino men who are currently incarcerated. The program will provide them with comprehensive case management services once released and link them to the full menu of ATR services. Mr. Harrison is a former instructor for ATR's job readiness training program Paths to Empowerment (P2E). He worked at MassHire, the career center that implements the job readiness program for ATR. He served as a case manager for youth and families before joining the MassHire team. Mr. Harrison also is a senior pastor at a church in Roxbury, Massachusetts, where he has been serving for the past 7 years. He holds a B.S. in religious studies from Tabernacle Bible College & Seminary.
