Emily Gibeau, M.P.H.

Project Operations Manager
Emily G. Gibeau, M.P.H., is a project operations manager in the Center for Training, Technical Assistance, and Consulting (CTTAC) at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP). Her focus at AHP is operations and project management for California’s Hub and Spoke System to expand Medication-Assisted Treatment programs for provider sites. 
 
Ms. Gibeau has 20 years of experience in the field of public health in a variety of settings. She has held roles at the Pennsylvania Department of Health, including director of the Office of Operational Excellence, and director of Quality Improvement and Performance Management.There she led teams focused on accreditation, health equity; implemented Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for quality improvement projects; monitored and tracked performance measures linked to strategic planning; and performed grant management. She has also held roles as a program coordinator at Temple University’s School of Medicine, at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, and at Prevention Point Philadelphia’s syringe access program. Her experience in public health program coordination work includes program design and development, implementation, tracking and monitoring, reporting, and evaluation.  
 
She received a B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design and a B.A. from Eugene Lang College at the New School in New York City, earned an M.P.H. from Temple University in Philadelphia, and holds certificates in Lean/Six Sigma.
