Cassandra Reitz, B.A., is an IT quality assurance analyst with Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), she has more than eight years of experience working in startups and small tech companies. Prior to joining AHP, she was involved in various projects, including testing both front and back end technologies for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Ms. Reitz has experience in manual and automation testing, using a combination of test management tools such as TestRail and Zephyr for Jira and programming languages Java and Python. She has written extensive technical documentation for the projects she’s worked on and has a solid foundation in the agile methodology. With a background in desktop support, she uses empathy to view the applications she tests through the lens of the end user and strives to make software easy to use for those behind the screen. Ms. Reitz holds a B.S. in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
