Carla Lemos, B.A.

Senior Program Manager
Carla Lemos, B.A., is a senior program manager at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She has 20 years of experience working with populations affected by the criminal justice system. Her primary focus has been on assisting the incarcerated with reintegration into their communities upon release. She was previously a program director for a women and children’s residential facility, where she taught problem-solving and coping skills and assisted with employment development, family reunification, and substance use disorder treatment. Ms. Lemos is pursuing her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (expected 2023). She holds a B.A. in psychology from California State University, San Bernardino.
