Caitlin Storm, M.P.H., Ph.D.

Program Associate
Caitlin Storm, Ph.D., is a program associate at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Dr. Storm is currently serving as the quality assurance coordinator for California’s Behavioral Health Workforce Development (BHWD) project and California’s Hub and Spoke System (H&SS) project. After studying international political economy as an undergraduate at Whitworth University, Dr. Storm served 2 years as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Spokane, Washington, where she worked at an alternative high school program and community health clinic. Dr. Storm continued pursuing her interest in addressing the needs of underserved communities and worked in the Executive Office at the County of Riverside, California. There, she developed a program for children with incarcerated parents and was awarded a technical services grant from Social Finance, Inc., to incorporate an outcomes rate card as an evaluation component for the program. Dr. Storm continued her work at the county as a research specialist for the Department of Public Health, where she developed reports about COVID-19 impacts and hospitalization among persons experiencing homelessness, additionally participating in opioid overdose surveillance. Dr. Storm holds an M.P.H. and a Ph.D. in economics and health promotion sciences from Claremont Graduate University.
