Brian Jones, M.A., M.B.A., PMP

Operations Director I - Real Estate
Mr. Brian Jones, M.A., M.B.A., PMP, is the operations director - real estate at Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP). Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience across acquisitions, entitlements, development, property management, brokerage, asset management, and risk management. He has directly managed the ground-up development of multiple large-scale real estate assets, including medical centers, office, mixed-use, affordable housing, senior housing, multifamily, and single-family homes with total development budgets in excess of $500M. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Jones brings the best practices of business management to real estate development. He also has a background in research psychology, behavioral health, and holistic health.

Since 2002, Mr. Jones has worked with homelessness solution groups, foster care services, affordable housing builders, architects, planners, and permanent supportive housing services at the state and local municipal levels in California. Mr. Jones is based in California and is an active member of DBIA Design Build Institute of America, USGBC Green Building Council and LEED, CMAA Construction Management Association of America, ULI Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He earned his B.A. in comparative religious studies from Stanford University; his M.A. in psychology from Stanford University; and his M.B.A. in sustainable real estate development from University of Colorado at Boulder.
