Brian Banks, Psy.D, M.A., M.S.

Senior Program Manager
Brian K. Banks, Psy.D., M.A., M.S. is a senior program manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) and its California projects. Dr. Banks has more than 20 years’ experience in both clinical and administrative aspects in the discipline of behavioral health. He is skilled in organizational leadership, program design, program development, and program evaluation. Dr. Banks’ experience includes providing clinical and counseling services to individuals, groups, and returning citizens from re-entry populations, as well as veterans. 
 
Dr. Banks is a proven leader in his field, having previously held positions such as program manager and clinical director. His experience also provides him with knowledge across California agencies, such as the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, the Riverside County Department of Children and Family Services and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. 
 
Dr. Banks holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and an M.A. in clinical psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills. He also holds an M.S. in management from Boston University and a B.S. in organizational leadership from BIOLA University.
