Andrew Boutros, M.S., is a senior program manager for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), currently serving as an implementation specialist supporting the California Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) project. He has 10 years of experience working in the community development field, helping build & manage outreach and engagement teams, leading crisis mobile units, and conducting training regarding trauma-informed care, housing first, and crisis intervention. He has extensive international experience working with Middle Eastern immigrants and refugee,s as well as working with the homeless population locally in Southern California.
Before joining AHP, Mr.Boutros oversaw a multidisciplinary outreach team comprised of case managers, social workers, substance abuse counselors, and mental health technicians who conducted outreach to the homeless population in north Orange County, connecting them to housing services and mental health services with the goal of getting them off the streets. He holds an M.S. in family & human development from Arizona State University (ASU).
