Lydia Mudd, B.A.

Project Assistant
Lydia Mudd, B.A., is a project assistant for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP), where she primarily works on the Cannabis Initiative with AHP’s Cannabis Consulting Team. The Cannabis Consulting Team was responsible for hosting the 2017 National Cannabis Summit and the 2019 North American Cannabis Summit. Through these events and subsequent work, AHP’s Cannabis Consulting Team is bringing public health and health equity to the forefront of medical and adult-use cannabis policies across the United States. Ms. Mudd is an asset to the Cannabis Team by providing inclusive program support. As the task manager, she develops and maintains organizational documentation and tracks project tasks using tools such as Smartsheet, Deltek, Microsoft Planner, and SharePoint.
 
Ms. Mudd also serves as a proposal manager, monitoring potential work opportunities and assisting with proposal development. She is also responsible for managing content development, for which she works with AHP’s writers, marketing, and public relations teams to develop messaging, articles, and videos, among other content, for public consumption. She provides administrative support to the team through scheduling, communication, notetaking, and SharePoint site development. As a liaison across company business units, Ms. Mudd focuses on maintaining fluidity and ensuring processes run smoothly between each department. Ms. Mudd received her B.A. in health arts and sciences from Goddard College.
