Executive Assistant
Karen Grunow is the executive assistant to the CEO and office administration and logistics team leader for Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). Ms. Grunow has extensive experience in administrative support and customer service with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She supports critical functions for AHP, including new business, human resources, customer relationship management, contracts, conference planning logistics, travel logistics, office facilities, and scheduling functions. Ms. Grunow provides process management support to AHP’s Healthcare Solutions division, helping sales and contracts staff guide proposals through to contracting and project establishment. She is skilled in managing complex event and travel logistics to facilitate client presentations, industry conferences, and project meetings and supports a smooth-running office environment and infrastructure, ensuring AHP personnel can easily and efficiently serve client and project needs.
