Adam Halstead, M.S., is director of Learning and Development at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). He has a background in corporate learning and employee development, and has been involved in both team and leadership development for companies such as Maximus, Comcast, and the U.S. Army, where he was commissioned as an officer until his honorable discharge. Mr. Halstead has expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, strategic planning, and leadership development. He holds an M.S. in management from Troy University, and a B.F.A. in film and animation from Rochester Institute of Technology.
