E-Health

AHP has established and supported collaborative efforts among Government, academic, and other public and private organizations to develop and evaluate Health IT tools and products. We have developed content and syntheses of Health IT topics, assessed project results and best practices, and performed Health IT research in both clinical and behavioral health settings.

Organizational Development

AHP's approach towards Organizational Development stems from the understanding that any technology reform is only as good as the process on which it is built and the people who drive it. Therefore, AHP is focused on the core principle of integrating people, processes, and technology. The optimal integration of this triad is the key to success. AHP adopts a phased approach, which involves stages from leadership and organizational readiness to workflow mapping and redesign to implementation, change management, and review.
