JOLI BROWN Research Assistant Joli Brown conducts data collection for two studies: a Homeless Outreach Study funded by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT); and a program funded by the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) to expand substance abuse, HIV, and hepatitis C education and treatment services for the criminal justice re-entry population in Albany County. Ms. Brown also plans and manages site visits for the national evaluation of the Co-occurring State Incentive Grant (COSIG) program. She recently completed coursework at SUNY- Albany for her M.A. in Sociology and is currently working on her thesis on Prisoner Families.
