KATHLEEN ANDOLINA, R.N., C.S., P.C. Senior Consultant Kathy Andolina provides Senior Behavioral Health Consultation services for a broad spectrum of AHP projects, including eHealth and workforce development. As an advanced practice clinical nurse specialist with more than 25 years experience in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, patient education, staff development and administration, Ms. Andolina understands the processes that result in optimal health care outcomes and effective health care delivery for complex behavioral health populations. She applies knowledge of behavioral health systems, treatment access, evidence based practice and communication skills to AHP projects that require a working knowledge of these issues. As a writer, teacher, and speaker on behavioral health topics, she is capable of presenting complex material in an understandable and usable manner that facilitates knowledge acquisition for both professionals and patients. Ms. Andolina also maintains a clinical psychopharmacology practice for children and adults in the Boston area, and has a wide array of multidisciplinary professional connections to all levels of the behavioral health community in Massachusetts.
