SYSTEM AND ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

AHP conducts system and program assessments, guides strategic planning, helps manage change, and designs and implements new information management systems to help the company's diverse clients achieve their goals. We have in-depth experience in helping improve systems of care for people with disabilities and disadvantages. For example:

• AHP helped redesign the criminal justice system for the government of Bermuda, paving the way for ex-offenders to be reintegrated into their communities.

• AHP helped the State of Florida develop guidelines and a strategic plan for supportive housing for people with mental illnesses, as part of a redesign of the State’s community mental health services system.

• AHP conducts site visits to assess how well states administer and implement the federal Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program.
