RE-INGINEERIRING BUSINESS PROCESSES Hudson Health Plan, New York AHP is working with the Hudson Health Plan to increase its operational efficiency, improve customer service, and align the company with internationally accepted management models regarding processes for member acquisition, clinical services, provider relations, human resources, IT, and finance. AHP is bring cutting edge business improvement techniques into this service enviornment, including Lean, Six Sigma, Enterprise Modeling, and Rapid Cycle Project Management. Hudson Center for Health Equity and Quality (Hcheq) AHP is helping the Hudson center for Health Equity and Quality develop an implementation process for state-wide electronic processing and submission of Medicare and Medicaid applications, using Facilitated Electronic Enrollment Applications (FEEA). This will allow all New York State health plans to verify eligibility for services and complete applications for health care coverage in a paperless environment, dramatically increasing efficiency, reducing cost and providing a higher level of customer service. Health Plus, New York AHP is helping Health plus implement an IT project that will enable electronic processing and submission of Medicare and Medicaid applications, using Facilitated Electronic Enrollment Applications (FEEA), and will ensure quality and reduce cycle times.
