Nicola Survanshi, M.P.H. is an account success manager at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) for AHP’s Administrative Services Entity. She has more than 10 years’ experience in public health program design, implementation, evaluation, and grant management. Prior to joining AHP, Ms. Survanshi was the executive director for ReachOut.com, a non-profit integrating peer-support and web-based tools to help youth strengthen mental wellness. Her passion for collaborative, inclusive and innovative health programming was sparked in her research for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health and Society Scholar program, focused on the use of technology in building collective efficacy and enhancing mental health in low-income communities in New York City. Ms. Survanshi began her career as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force. She is a graduate of Emory University and earned her Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University.
