INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

AHP helps public and private sector clients manage information by providing comprehensive needs assessment, strategic planning, tools and resources, and activities to support organizational change. For example:

• AHP conducted focus groups to assess customer requirements for, and reaction to, new Web-based services for the Massachusetts Division of Employment and Training.

• For the Government of Bermuda, AHP assessed requirements for an automated system to support court services, researched best practices, and implemented the chosen system.

• For the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, AHP is adapting a tool used to track technical assistance to enable it to function in the Internet environment, increasing user access.
