COLLEGE PLANNING AND PLACEMENT

Ideally, college planning should begin as early as possible to ensure the best outcome. At AHP, the personalized nature of the consulting relationship with each student and family means the number of visits can vary based on needs. For a flat fee, AHP will provide the following services:

• In-depth interview with the student and family to assess needs

• Collection and review of educational and personal histories, school records, and educational testing

• Assessment to establish educational and personal goals

• Identification and selection of appropriate colleges

• Development of a timetable for the application process

• Preparation for, and insight into, effective school visits and interviews

• Assistance with application and essay completion

• Regular communication with students and parents throughout the application process

• Advice on selection of potential majors, courses, and career plans
